- Q: How Much is BootstrapCRM?
A: BootstrapCRM has different pricing options. BootstrapCRM is a complete customer management relationship management software. It allows you to manage your business with invoicing, automated billing, email blasts, and more! All without a monthly fee.
- Q: Am I required to have a merchant account?
A: No. BootstrapCRM users are not required to have a merchant account in order to use BootstrapCRM. You can use it to manage prospects and customers without a merchant account.
But… If you want to use our automated billing, invoicing, or point of sale you will need to sign up for our merchant account.
- Q: What are the BootStrap Payment Processing Fees?

- Q: How much are text messages?
A: Text messages are bought in bundles. Click here
- Q: How many prospects or members can I have on my BootstrapCRM database?
A: There is no limit to the amount of prospects or members you have have on the bootstrapcrm database
- Q: Does BootstrapCRM connect to my website?
A: BootstrapCRM can create forms for you to add to your website so all leads coming in from your website go directly into your Bootstrap account.
- Q: How long does it take to get started and set up?
A: Your BootstrapCRM account will be built automatically as soon as you register. It will take 24 – 48 hours before your merchant account will be live and you can start billing customers.
- Q: Am I required to have a credit card machine
A: No. We offer a free credit card machine but getting a free credit card machine is optional. BootstrapCRM come equipped with a virtual online credit card terminal (aka point of sale) that will allow you process payments from your tablet, laptop, or desktop.
